As a surgical house officer, Chidinma delivered attentive care to post-operative patients, facilitated the admission of acutely ill patients, and contributed at every level to an informed and robust care planning process to ensure the continuity and consistent high-quality of patient care in a high-pressure environment. This role involved extensive liaison with fellow healthcare professionals, multi-disciplinary teams, and more, and has given Chidinma expert knowledge of working in the highly-regulated healthcare sector, which will empower Your Family Healthcare to succeed. Chidinma Ogbo holds an MB. BCh. BAO. (Hons.) as well as a wealth of additional qualifications gained over their career, including in Infection Control, Sepsis, Safety Assessments, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Ruby Ogbo, as a Consultant, is a dedicated and empathetic care professional with over 7 years of experience in care. As a healthcare assistant, Ruby provided a full range of personal care services to service users, including feeding, grooming, hygiene and more, ensuring the emotional and physical well-being needs of recipients were met at all times. These roles also included hoisting and repositioning service users and producing records to contribute to care plans. This firsthand experience in care, coupled with Ruby’s knowledge of law and regulatory issues, will make them an indispensable asset to Your Family Healthcare. Ruby Ogbo holds Level 5 QQI qualifications in Nursing Studies and Office Administration, as well as a Level 8 LLB (Hons.) in law.
